LITTLE ROLLERS! Kids JJ (4-8 years old)
We love our little rollers! These classes are for our youngest rollers, 4-8 years old. These classes are designed to teach the basics from tying your belt, to learning anti-bullying techniques, and even getting ready to compete for the first time (for those that like to compete)! At this age, our professors emphasize self-control, respect for other students, focus and self-confidence.

JUNIOR ARTISTS! Kids JJ (9-14 years old)
Our older kids classes, for students 9-14 years old, teaches all levels of jiu-jitsu from white belts to our senior green belts. Our professors focus on respect, self-control, sportsmanship, and on instilling the self-confidence that comes from understanding you can safely & effectively protect yourself and others from bullies. We will also be offering a kids competition team for any of our students interested in competing!

Adult Fundamentals
Our adult fundamentals class is designed for male & female students 15 years old & above. As the name implies, this class is focused on the fundamentals of Jiu-jitsu, and is available for all belt levels. Whether you are new to the sport, or a seasoned pro, everyone needs to have strong fundamental knowledge!

Adult Advanced
Our adult advanced classes are open to all belt levels, however classes are focused on learning more advanced techniques that those taught in our fundamentals class. Classes move a little bit quicker, and there is less individual focus available as more time is needed to teach these more complicated techniques.

Guided Open Mat
Our guided open mat time slots are available to all students who wish to come in to work on specific techniques, or to get some extra rolls in. Our open mat will always have one of our professors there to answer your questions & help guide you through any techniques that you may be having trouble with. Open mat time is a great place to get some extra guidance from our knowledgeable professors.

Private Instruction
For those wishing to get a feel for Jiu-Jitsu in a more private setting before joining a class, wishing to work on improving their game, or even to prepare for a competition, we offer private lessons with one of our black belt professors. Prices range from $80-$120 per hour, and can be scheduled during the times between existing classes. We offer private lessons for 1-4 students at a time, based on Professor’s availability. Please see our front desk staff to discuss setting up your private lesson, or a private for larger groups!
